Scott Tyrus Washburn, MD[edit]

Hi, I'm Scott!

I made this profile on Wikipedia to improve the article about the American Association of Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS). However, despite my efforts, that article still omits basic information about the AAPS mission and values, and remains heavily biased against conservatives. The bias is due to the Wikipedia editor being so biased in favor of leftist politics and viewing the AAPS through a leftist political lens. The editor therefore did not allow me to make any changes that did not agree with that editor's discrimination against conservatives.[1]

I no longer use Wikipedia, and I advise everybody to avoid Wikipedia, due to the discrimination I experienced while trying to helpfully contribute on Wikipedia. A website with this much discrimination against conservatives cannot be trusted to give even a semblance of correct information regarding conservative organizations.

Career[edit]

Medical doctor (MD) graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine (2017). Moved to Texas in 2021. Working in Family Medicine. I am a member of the American Association of Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) and I attend AAPS meetings when I can, which is how I knew that Wikipedia's AAPS page was inaccurate and biased against conservatives.

I receive no compensation for providing updates concerning the AAPS or any other article. I do not consult the AAPS concerning what to write, and I only write according to what I have observed at meetings and on the AAPS official website. I only made changes out of a personal desire for Wikipedia to reflect accurate information. However, Wikipedia's editors discriminate against conservatives, and therefore do not accept my edits even when they are written to be exceptionally unbiased and purely factual.

Hobbies[edit]

I operate a website called Tyruswoo.com. There I post downloadable content for various game engines, as well as scriptural content.
