August 2018 to present Sudan Regan Tut Works as Radio Programming Associate at Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Juba The main duties focused on the following: • Planning and developing of radio programmes including programme scripting. • Publish content on FAO South Sudan website, twitter handle. And drafting press release • Liaising with local radio stations to implement FAO radio programming campaigns. • Record and produce HD Videos in English and local languages to document events, activities and interview with beneficiaries. • Edit Audios/Videos, text and basic graphic animation in accordance to FAO corporate communication policy. • Monitor Social media and share South Sudan Media monitoring. • Monitoring local partner radio stations to ensure programmes are running according to the schedules. • Training and assist local journalists to implement FAO Radio programming • Organize and facilitate monitoring and evaluation sessions with beneficiaries. • Participate in radio distribution plans, including training of facilitators and beneficiaries on how to operate the radios. • Collaborate with local NGOs including those which are FAO’s implementing partners for various projects, to identify interviewees with appropriate expertise. • Preparing reports on programme activities. • Produce a feature stories about agriculture in South Sudan. • Investigate and write case study with the farmers. • Photograph programme activities in all locations and compile photos at FAO Gallery • Develops successful stories on different program activities from beneficiaries in various locations

Oct 2014 – August 2018: Broadcast Journalist with Internews under USAID-funded project to Community Radios stations in Juba The main duties focused on the following: • Gathering and colleting news stories, writing and editing of audio ready for broadcast. • Conducting program interviews, this includes program production and present weekly radio program. • Draft and compile weekly highlight for stations programming to be share with the donors. • Identify, research news angle for broadcast • Keep regular liaison with Partner NGOS • Attending daily editorial meetings and contribute advance planning of all journalistic activities. • Produce PSAs or Public Servicers announcements to be air in the stations. • File all the broadcasted contents for future use. • Reporting live from the sense to the radio stations in the states. • Ensure standard according to Internews guidance on journalism and the credibility of all content for the station’s programming. • Keeping a daily contacts list containing telephone numbers of government officials and other contacts of possible news sources to be share with colleagues and supervisors

May 2012- Feb 2013: Reporter/presenter/ producer at Naath FM in (Leer Unity State)

The Main duties focused on the following: 

• Gathering /Writing news stories and editing audios ready for broadcast • Attending daily editorial meetings and contributed advance planning of all journalistic activities • Keeping a daily and contacts list containing telephone numbers and other contacts of possible news sources to be shared with colleagues and supervisors • Produce regular live and pre-recorded program to be aired on the station. This includes setting appointments, contacting news and program content sources, entering recorded audio of a variety of types of interviews, sound bites, music, advertisement, short messages, pre-recorded program and presenter’s voices into the play out system. • Creating and producing of advertisements and other short messages such as PSA’s and general program schedules. • File news stories for betterment of the station reporting technique. • Produce news tips and share view with colleagues. • Keep contacts of government officials to be contacted as new sources

November 2010 – Jan 2011: Member of consideration committee with international organization for migration (IOM) in connection with Southern Sudan Referendum Commission in Kenya. The main duties focused on the following: • Monitoring voters’ education and civic engagement. • Identifying potential and legible voters in the area. • Facilitate and collect voters’ data and result. • Monitoring of votes count and verification. • Organize movement of enumerators and disseminators in the county. • Observing the overall process of referenda. Identifying the polling stations and verifies the polling materials
