Super Minute is a television game show that has been aired in ETV Kannada at 9 pm on every Saturday and sunday during the year 2014. The show was hosted by Kannada Actor Ganesh. The show is a kannada remake of the international game show Minute to Win It. The southindian version is jointly produced by Shone international and Pixel Pictures, Bangalore.

The show is about contestants winning series of games, with each game given 60 seconds time limit involving house hold objects. Unlike Minute to Win It, the first season of Super minute featured contestants who are also well known Television and Film personalities.

Game :

The participant is challenged with a game which he/she should finish before 60 seconds of time limit. the process of game play is described to the contestant with a blue print before the game starts. After successfully finishing each game, the winning amount increases on the money tree. The highest winning amount is Rupees Ten Lakhs. At any point, after finishing a game, it is allowed if a participant wishes to discontinue. Every participant is presented with three lives which he/she can continue the game with but after losing all three is disqualified. If a participant commits a foul or if time expires before completion of the game, the participant loses a life. If a participant is disqualified and not quit, only the minimum amount acquired on the money tree is considered won.

Broadcast History :

The first season of super minute is aired in ETV Kannada during the year 2014 comprising of more than 40 episodes and achieved to be a super hit weekend show.

It is announced that the second season will start in the second half of 2015 and will have common people as participants.
