António Alves Martins, OFM (February 18, 1808 - February 5, 1882) was the Bishop of Viseu from 1862 until his death in 1882. A highly controversial figure during his lifetime, Alves Martins also served as Minister of the Kingdom from 1868 to 1869 and again from 1870 to 1871.
