Swapno Roy born in khulna 1988, (East Bengal) now in Bangladesh. He lives in Rome (Italy) & Calcutta(India). He is a film maker, script writer, screen player, song writer, cinematographer & film editor. Roy is working in Italian film industry along with famous cinema production house based on Rome & deeply involved with calcutta film industry & bollywood through his collaboration with the film producers, directors, distributors & actors as well. Roy is hardly trying to establish his career on film sector as an actor & director. Roy also circulating their culture, tradition & specially for bengali & hindi cinema to release all over the europe by their phenomenon film director whom are very strongly making their films to beat anywhere in this large world. Roy's father Narayan Chandra Roy is a gold businessman, his mother's name Jharna Rani Roy she's a housewife & his immidiate younger brother Alip Roy studying at shanto mariam unversity of creative & technology, Dhaka. Roy moved to italy after finished his graduation in economics in 2009. He always would like to work with the reality through his films & Roy wanted to captured & show some tangible work to bring out on celluloid. Roy has done five short films in his career till now at present. Roy's short film also participated at many international film festivals of all over the earth. Among his works, his three films were very unanimoused for "The Past Stories" at Roma Film Festival, River To River Film Festival India, Florence, London Indian Film Festival, "The Last Breath" & "Mr. Jordan" has participated Roma Creative Contest & Fatti Un Film Rome. His next short film "A Peace Of Rose" & " Demand's End" has already been selected for Rome film commission di lazio( rezione lazio) 2015 to financing & producing for make it in Rome.
