I am an organizational science researcher and organizational effectiveness consultant. I focus on topics such as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), justice, career and global mobility, non-profit organizations (e.g., membership associations), and employee well-being. I am trained in business administration, communication, higher education, sociology, and qualitative and quantitative research methods.

As I become more familiar with Wikipedia, I plan to assist others in utilizing this tool to its fullest potential. Until I've reached that point, I welcome feedback and information that will help me make the most out of this experience. Further, I look forward to partnering with all in the fraternal movement project.
