Thura Hlaing Ko was born in Ayarwaddy Division, Hainggyi Kyun, Annawar Village, Ward No. 3. His parents are U Shwe Ko and Daw Aye Aye Maw .
He was graduated from Pathein University through distance learning in Myanmar Major. After that, he studied computer and IT in Yangon and worked at Living 9 Co.Ltd. from 2016 to 2022 as an assistant junior technical support. After, he wanted to study IT in Japan again, so he studied Japanese first and tried to enter an IT college in Japan. Currently, He is studying in Ogaki, Gifu Prefecture, Japan.
