It is apparent that the system does not work. Where an administrator can get off scot-free during a dispute, purely on the fact of being an admin, or at least allows it to be so perceived, then there is clear systematic and bureaucratic bias in the disciplinary system. I have no intention of running for admin, nor will I likely be garnering much support anyway. 10 years ago, Wikipedia was a much more open and a far fairer environment. I cannot see myself editing or working for an institution which operates in such a manner. This is not an attack, this is an expression of discontent with a system which to my eyes does not work in a fair and reasonable manner.
