hazrat allama saheb qibla biskuti rah Mohammad Nizam Uddin Saheb E Qiblah Bishkuti (R.A.) was born in 14th October 1927, in Karimgonj, Assam, India in Mohakumar Bishkut village. He died on 23th March 2009, at 10:00 am at his village in Hingazia, Kulaura thana ,Moulvibazar,sylhet division. (Inna LillaHee Owa Inna Elaihee Rajiun). Around one hundred thousand people including his followers came across the country and joined his Janazah prayer on 24th March 2009, after the Janazah prayer he was buried in the family graveyard, next to Hingazia Jame Masjid.

The Shinee of Late Mohammad Nizam Uddin Saheb E Qiblah Bishkuti (R.A.) was held on 18th April 2009 at his village, Hingazia, Kulaura,sylhet division, Moulvibazar. Several thousands of people from different parts of the country and abroad joined the Shinee program and pray for his departed soul. The Shinee started at 12:00 pm and continued up to night.his janazah present saheb qiblah fultoli son imad uddin fultoli.
