Sleeper is an action horror film shot in Australia 2008 by writer/director Dru Brown and producer Judd Tilyard. It features Lord of the Rings star Bruce Hopkins and professional wrestler of WWE and TNA Fame, Raven (Scott Levy). It is the first major film to star Raven. The film is similar to previous WWE films shot in Queensland, including ‘See No Evil’, ‘The Marine’ and ‘The Condemned’.
Plot
Brutal killer, Adam Resnik escapes during a prison transfer and begins a bloody killing spree on his way home to Moonlight Bay, and the target of his desire – the young and vulnerable Kelly. Detectives Raynor and Molloy track Resnik as he closes in on Kelly and her friends, racing to catch him before the sun goes down.
