Utani F. Belches also known as Filipino Badass Wrestler and used the name Tani Fernandez around the mid. of 2009. He started his career in amateur mix martial arts in 2007 and started to join the amateur MMA fights in URCC (Universal Reality Combat Championship) University Challenge in 2011. He was born on May 2, 1989. He went to high school in Francisco P. Felix Memorial National High School for a year and transfer to Cainta Catholic College where he finished high school in 2006. He went to College in Rizal Technological University in Mandaluyong City Philippines and took up Political Science for three years and did not finish college there instead he transferred to ABE International College of Business and Accountancy in Cainta, Rizal and shifted his course from Political Science to Hotel and Restaurant Management and graduated on May 30th, 2013. He practice his training at Star Valley Fitness Gym in his home town of Cainta, Rizal and fight in different underground MMA bouts with a record of 6 wins, 2 KO's, 2 loss, and 1 draw. And still pursuing a Sports and Entertainment career. He then signs contract with a "call center company" on July 22nd, 2013 as a call center representative, people think that he works in a two very different worlds; in a sport where he doesn't bow don to anyone: and a world where he has to hold his composure; but then again, he manages to balance both sports and his office career. And 2013 of August, the Universal Reality Combat Championship signs a very lucrative developmental contract with Tani Fernandez which by now he will debut as "Badass Taniboy". Taniboy left URCC with a bad taste and gave the ultimate sign of disrespect to the officials of the promotion. In his own words: "This is not being disrespectful, this sign (middle finger) is something you people can never achieved."

In early 2014, Taniboy fought in various MMA promotion to get attention from the people running the business of MMA World. The Philippines' "Mike Tyson", a PXC Trainer, and mentor of some MMA and boxing athlete saw potentials in Taniboy and currently in training to debut in PXC 43 on March 29, 2014 at the Ynares Sports Center in Pasig, City.

Taniboy in his 8 year career have fought numerous opponents which recently fought against the "Immovable Object" Jerwheel Baylon from Hybrid Yawyan which he lost from a submission last January of 2015.

In an MMA event, Taniboy fought and won as a no. 1 contender for the Bantamweight championship of the World, yet Officials thought it may not be the right time. Taniboy lashes out the whole aren and brought couple equipment and including personnel down which result to an indefinite suspension - but soon enough after 3 months Taniboy made a deal to comeback and agreed with terms by which demands a public apology, soon after he went back to the ring and made an impact and now known as "The Raging Bull".
