Living in the North of Scotland I have travelled to many parts of the world including Australia & New Zealand, China including Hong Kong, India, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Peru, Morocco, Malaysia, Thailand,Laos,Vietnam,Cambodia,Japan and Korea, Indonesia and Borneo. I have made many trips to Ireland, Italy, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Norway and Romania - covering many of these counties by a variety of modes of travel. I reckon I have now visited over 50 countries -but not counting. I am a keen photographer.

I am now retired and living quietly in the North of Scotland.

I believe in Wikipedia as a way of sharing knowledge and hope with time to contribute more on subjects such as remote Romania, Uzbekistan, China and the Far East with photos of some countries visited - I see many gaps here which I could help fill. /sandbox
