With the advent of the Local Government Ombudsman's Report in to the withdrawal of a school place and refusal to offer an appeal violating the heart if the Admssions Code, I call on the entire Governing Body of the school to tender their resignation. For a school to ignore the heart of the law in a vindictive campaign, acting with impunity is not a stance compatible with honourable conduct or teachings to students.

The honourable thing is to resign and leave the school.
