The Arkangels Band Is a Christian Rock Band from Monroe Georgia. Arkangels was founded in September of 2010, it was the idea of Don Mclendon & Terry Alicea to be a Christ filled band that would bring people to Christ through our style of Christian Rock. The idea was not only to play at christian events and churches. But also go out into the world, the bars, clubs and local outdoor events; to reach the lost people of Christ. In the summer of 2011 the Arkangels played at several local pubs, clubs and outdoor events. The band began to grow and mature as a group. In 2012 the band began performing at more local events, outdoor festivals and churches. In 2013 the Band recorded its 1st CD of 5 original songs, and performed at major local events, like Delviered music festival, Lilburn Daze, Duluth Fall festival and many cancer fund raising events and biker events. All of the members are married with children, some grandchildren, and all are working stiffs that love music and playing that music for the Lord. In 2014 the band had some changes to its line up, but God is our focus, and Jesus is the way. The band is expecting great things to happen for 2014, to complete the album, and go on a local tour of the North Georgia area to promote our savior Jesus Christ.
