Use of schedule in (insert name here)
Hi there

I noticed that you added a schedule to the (insert name here) article in good faith. Sadly I had to revert [this edit] you made for the following reasons:

* According to What Wikipedia is not policy, Wikipedia is not a Electronic Program(me) Guide, TV or Radio Guide.

* Schedules can constitute original research and therefore fail no original research policy.

* If you have taken a schedule from a website, they are copyrighted and the schedule could be in violation of copyright policy.

Apologies for reverting your changes. Please refrain from adding current schedules to articles in the future. Thank you. ~~~~

For use on a user talk page if a schedule is added to an article (with the exception of the BBC One, BBC Two, ITV1, ITV regions, GMTV or Channel 4 articles, see below):

* Under schedule 17 of the Broadcasting Act 1990, it is illegal under UK law to publish a schedule for BBC One, BBC Two, ITV1 (including all regions and GMTV) or Channel 4 without paying a royalty to Broadcasting Dataservices (BDS), as they have been granted copyright enforced by law, regardless of how the schedule is written, your edit also violates copyright policy. And I quote: {{Cquote|The programme summaries are the subject matter of copyright. This ruling affects BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4 terrestrial channels only.
