From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hello, I am User:TheAirsoftPlayer. As a safety precaution , I do not use my real name on Wikipedia, since my relatives and I are the only people in the United States with our very unique last name, which could lead an angry troll right to our doorstep.

I am here primarily because I realized that my favorite hobby, airsoft, is only slightly covered in undersourced articles with grammar and punctuation issues. I intend to help rectify that. I also have a lot of bored time in my life, so I may attempt to be useful by patrolling recent changes during that time. I am also quite knowledgeable regarding electronics and computers (not to toot my own horn, but I think the custom computer I assembled at 16 years old backs this up). In case anyone was wondering, RAM stands for Random Access Memory - it's an acronym, not an instruction to ram it in as hard as you can when assembling a computer. In case that didn't make it blatantly obvious, I should say that I have a sense of humor. If I say something stupid, take a second look, as it is more likely that it is a joke than me being genuinely stupid.

There are some articles I won't touch content-wise (meaning anything but spelling/grammar/punctuation). Examples include political articles, as I don't see Wikipedia as likely to accept my conservative views. Another example would be articles relating to religion, or to atheism, as my faith in Jesus Christ prevents me from stating His existence and goodness as being an opinion or anything other than the absolute truth.
