This is a project to complete the work necessary to remove deprecated functions from MediaWiki:Common.js.

getURLParamValue

Replace function calls to getURLParamValue with mw.util.getParamValue. When editing, check the talk page to see if there is a single message from Technical 13 that can be removed or the page just deleted.
