Introduction as the pseudonym

I have 40 plus years of experience from entrepreneurial to large global organizations, consulting, individual contributor, middle manager, and senior executive. Varied education and experience across the humanities and business, but less so in the physical sciences. I hold a BA in Humanities and an MBA with a strategic focus. I was a part-time PhD candidate who suspended his work after the 2008 financial crisis ended my sponsorship for that effort.

However much of the last 20 years or so, and full time over the last 10+ years, I have been focused on research and practice around human development and performance at the individual, group, organization, society, and cultural levels.

I published my first professional article in 2017 and my first peer-reviewed research in 2020.

I live in Chicago part of the year and somewhere else in the world the other part of the year. I am a US citizen but in the process of obtaining EU citizenship. In the past, I have lived in the central us (Cleveland) and both coasts (Los Angeles and Southern Connecticut).

In 2019 I founded a non-commercial association for research and inquiry into shifting our relationship to the concepts of leaders and leading, and that association is called The Prometheus Project - and I contribute and edit with that pseudonym and on topics from that perspective

I continue to do consulting, training and coaching under ACME Leading LLC
