Ryan McLaughlin is a Canadian expat living in China. He has been a silent visitor of Wikipedia for years, but after reviewing Andrew Lih's book the Wikipedia Revolution for the CNET Asia blog, The Tech Dynasty, he decided to become a member.

He is a freelance writer and Web designer with a vested interest in the open source software movement, and a avid fan of Wikipedia.
