Sarah was born in Stockport on 16th September 1982 to Janet & Ian Milligan as their 2nd child after Helen Milligan (The Apprentice).
She attended local schools until the age of 14 when she prematurely joined North area college to undertake Health &Social Care then Advanced Business.
In 2012 Sarah founded Elite Technologies and is passionate about helping women withun the technology ambassador.
