BALOCC (Blindness After Loss of Cat Contact) is a rare incurable disease. It was discovered by Vladislaw Yung in the year 1946. Yung was captivated in prison and could not see his cat anymore, which resulted in him becoming blind. It can be temporarily cured by rubbing a cat against the eyes of the ill, but the victims of this disease can always become blind again if they don‘t have enough contact to cats.
