Tiegan Stephens was born on the 28t February 2002. Her mother Debbie Ann Clarke raised her and her brother Kieran single handed with low income. Her father Brent would visit twice a week, which sooner became once which put a strain on their relationship. Tiegan’s childhood was fairly adventurous, and full of things a child in the 90’s would get up to compared to 00’s child.
