- Incivility
- Biting newbies, incorrect or hasty tagging for speedy deletion
- Unverifiable real life references that imply authority, controversial userpages or other issues with self-representation
- Overly preoccupation with the RFA process itself
- RFA is a dynamic process, and I'm inclined to throw in early 'moral' supports and late 'cautious' opposes.
