Clear Books is a London-based software company offering software as a service products. Its primary service is online accounting software based on the concept of double entry bookkeeping, in which every transaction has an equal and opposite debit and credit.

Clear Books Limited was incorporated on July 2nd 2008 and received seed investment from Fubra Limited, who also run Housepricecrash.

The Daily Telegraph reported on Friday 16th December 2011 that 3,000 small businesses use Clear Books. [1]
