Richard LeRoy Welch, PhD, LFIBA, DG, is the world-renowned speaker and teacher on the Mind, the Brain, Mental Photography, Brain Management, Subliminal Photography, Subliminal Dynamics, and Whole Brain Learning. He is known as the Father of Mental Photography.
Since retiring from the financial planning industry at age of 34, he has actively pursued brain research and studies of the mind and human consciousness. His clients are taught brain power and mental exercises that focus their individual strengths toward gaining their own achievements throughout life.

In 1975, he invented Mental Photography, a completely new type of information assimilation and retrieval system utilizing the carryover of the photographic memory into adulthood. The base of study included test groups from his business operations at the American Speed Reading Academy. Independently funded research was carried out by research staff from Arizona State University. Results from testing provided conclusive results that Mental Photography is real and can be taught to anyone that has normal brain function.
