I am a lawyer and represented Osho, formerly known as Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, in the 80s in Oregon. I find this article to be mostly accurate and balanced. There are a few factual errors.

My primary interest right now is to make it more clear that there was no evidence that Osho had knowledge of or approved the poisonings. The public officials sited acknowledged that there was no such evidence. In fact, Osho and the community itself were the targets of some of the most serious crimes, including attempted murder as well as the massive wire-tapping.

I intend to offer changes in this area.
