The NanoTest is a nanoindentation instrument developed by MicroMaterials Ltd that can perform nanoindentation, nano-scratch and nano-impact tests.
The NanoTest can be used to determine some of the mechanical properties of a bulk material, film or coating on the surface of a material by performing one or a combination of the three tests.
