I've been an avid Wikipedia reader for many years, and signed up a couple of years ago with the intention of making a few contributions. My ambitions are small - I'd like to add articles about some of the amazing musicians who have made significant contributions to acoustic music without attracting big media notice. I'm a fan of early music, world music, nautical music and music as a community activity (sing-along, Irish session playing, etc).
