I understand that success includes:

Looking forward to going to work. Self belief (even when you are not sure of yourself)

Being organized and being a good delegator. Go out and see things. Accumulate ideas.

Get sacked at least once.

"Leadership is coming up with an idea and executing it. Ideas are a dime a dozen - it is how it is carried out."

But at the end of the day I must say I am always responding to other people's talents. I am not the talent. This is how I feel essence of leadership.
