No, all the information is up to date. Also, since it is a historical disaster, only a few information needs to be updated from time to time.
What else could be improved?
There could be a part of introducing how mentally people near Chernobyl were affected.

Yes, most of the citations came from credible sources. For instance, the fact which introduce RBMK Reactors reference with International Atomic Energy Agency. The fact of Chernobyl accident reference with International Chernobyl Research and Information Network(ICRIN). Moreover, most of the rest of the citations came from BBC News and The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. But there are still few sections that need a reliable reference sources including the section of experiment and explosion and the section of assessment difficulties.
