Recently it has reveled in manga that sukuna is Jin Itadori twin brother making sukuna Yujis uncle
[1]As revealed, Jin Itadori is the reincarnation of the soul of Sukuna's twin. Apparently, Sukuna consumed/absorbed his twin brother in the womb to avoid "hunger". Later, through some twisted way, Kenjaku played a hand in reincarnating the twin's soul into Jin.
