A Little About Me
Hello I'm Vansman1. I am 44 years old and living in California. I have been married nearly 25 years and after my wife had a brain lesion, I became a full time care giver to her every need. I am a skateboard enthusiast and extremist, I still ride and still have skills. I have been involved with the skateboard industry in one way or another since 1977. I was a sponsored traveling skateboard professional entering contests for 12 years. I hold a patent for a golf apparel product. I have written several How-To-Books on various subjects and have been published. Also, I have worked as a computer consultant and technician for 6 years and worked as a licensed optician in the optical field 15 years.

Antiques & Collectibles
I have always been a collector, even as a child. I still have things from my collection I gathered at 8 years old. I am not a pack rat in any form of since. I only keep sentimental valuables such as family inheritances and memorable gifts. Over the years I've developed an eye for antiques and collectables and I am a brilliant researcher in this area. I have worked as a buyer and seller of antiques for many years independently. I frequent auctions for quick turn around pieces using that detailed eye I have mentioned above. Now I buy and sell more as a hobby and have entered into the appraising and refurbishing side of the antique and collectible industry.
