[edit]Vijaya Kumar.N, born July 12, 1961,Malackal,Thiruvananthapuram District is a Professional Librarian in the Government of Kerala. He is the secretary of the AADLIS(Alumni Association of Library and Information Science,University of Kerala. He represented the Librarian Community if framing special rules under the common pool of Librarians convened by the Government. He also represented the Government College Librarians for UGC implementation convened by the Government.

Biography
[edit]He was born on July 12,1961 at Malackal,Thiruvananthapuram District. His parents were N.Neelakantan(Govt.L.P.S,Head Master and Freedom Fighter) and K.Karthiyayani Amma.He is married to Sheeja at the age of 30. His elder son is Vaishnav studying in standard IX and younger twins Vaisakh and Vishak in standard IV.
He is graduated in Zoology from the University of Kerala in 1981. He is graduated in Education from the University of Kerala in 1983 He is graduated in Library Science from the University of Kerala in 1985 He had passed Post Graduation in Library and Information Science in 2001 from Annamalai University,tamil Nadu.
He worked the following institutions L.D. Clerk in Collegiate Education, Technical Assistant in the Mahatma Gandhi University, Librarian in State Archives,Govt. College, Chittur, University College, Trivandrum, and Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram from 28.3.’01 onwards.
