I was previously a Software Engineer and Programmer working to resolve very complex customer issues. I am known to a small and rather select group as VoodooShamen. VoodooShamen is a name given to me whilst I was employed by "some poorly run company" in the Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. The name is the obvious combination of Voodoo and Shaman although it is misspelled in its present form. I was offered this alias as a result of my perceived use of sorcery and spirit possession when it came to solving ridiculously unnecessary customer issues that arose hundreds of times per day.
