Don't hesitate to get in touch on my talkpage if you have a question or need help, whether you think I can help you as an administrator or as another editor. You can also contact me by email.
I'm not as active on Wikipedia as I once was, so my apologies if I take a while to get back to you. If you need a prompt response, or someone to spend time looking into a matter, I'd suggest asking someone else.

WJBscribe, in recognition of the incredible level-headedness and wisdom with which you use the bit, I present you this Barnstar of Diligence. Every administrator should aspire to have these qualities, which you demonstrate daily. BigNate37(T) 04:59, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

The Barnstar of Integrity
In recognition of a brave decision by Bureaucrat WJBscribe to promote Bsadowski to Administrator, I award you with this token of my esteem. Working closely as I do with with this new admin on an anti-vandalism IRC channel, I can attest to Brian's fine work blocking sockpuppets who would otherwise be damaging the encyclopedia. A gutsy yet thoughtful call on your part! Again, I salute you, and my best wishes to you always. Jusdafax 05:20, 11 August 2010 (UTC)

Time and time again, the bureaucrats of en-wiki demonstrate their levelheadedness and expertise. Like an anesthesiologist in an operating room, you spend most of your time screwing around reading a magazine, but stand ready to spring into action when needed, only to fade into the background once your important work is done.
Or perhaps that's more like Batman? Whatever your preferred metaphor, I am consistently impressed by the bureaucrat corps. Thank you for your service. HiDrNick! 12:46, 6 August 2015 (UTC)
I believe that those granted additional user rights by the community should be required to maintain some basic level of confidence. I recognise that often the right decision can be unpopular and that too strict a recall process might result in excessive timidity in how people use these additional rights, which would be undesirable. I don't therefore think the level of consensus needed to pass an Request for Adminship (or Request for Bureaucratship) must be demonstrated again should the question of recall arise.
However, I do think that (at the very least) the confidence of a simple majority of the community should be maintained. Accordingly, should it be demonstrated that I no longer enjoy the confidence of a majority of the community (i.e. 50% +1) in a representative discussion, I do not believe it would be appropriate for me to continue as an administrator or bureaucrat of this project.
