It can be. As WP:PROPORTION says, articles should treat each aspect with a weight proportional to its treatment in the body of reliable, published material on the subject
. "On the subject" is key; for the "Cultural impact" section of article X, what matters is how sources on the subject of article X treat the parody—not how sources about the parody treat the subject of article X. TompaDompa, June 17 2024

Streaming series

I remember that discussion well. I suppose one takeaway is to use something like "streaming on Netflix" or "streaming on Disney+" or "released on Disney+" or something like that. Sometimes series stream and are shown on broadcast TV, as well, so words need to be chosen correctly and carefully. As one of those in that discussion noted, "It's worth mentioning the network/streaming service in the lead, yes, but "streaming television series" is no longer really a "genre" of TV series, nor a common phrase used in reliable sources (or by laypeople)."
