I am from Sintellins in the north of England, a working class town known for its rugby league team and glass making factories.

I love everything about darts. My favourite player in the world is the up and coming Rob Leek who has just turned professional, he is also one of my closest friends. I always wanted to be a darts player as a wee nipper but never really had the ability to do it and couldn't throw a stick never mind an arra'. I met Rob Leek at a junior darts tournament back in 1995 and was instantly taken aback by his kind heartedness and attention to detail, let alone his outstanding darting action. Sadly Rob never won the 1995 tournament, he was soundly beaten by a nine year old prodigy (the name escapes me) although Rob was the only player to take a set off the kid throughout the whole tournament.

I am also an avid rugby league and football fan supporting my local rugby league side St Helens and also the local football club St Helens Town AFC. The rugby side were recently crowned world champions which i duely celebrated by necking a few pints of the Queens finest and cheapest.

I enjoy watching various TV shows with some of my favourites being Phoenix Nights, Bullseye and One Man and His Dog.
