- Reason: There is no notability parameter for fictional characters that I could quote. West Wing is a notable topic and some of its characters might get mentioned more often but I could not find any reliable source for anything written in this article. Most Google results link to Fan sites,YouTube blogs and website of the serial. None of these can be used as references.
