Welcome to my user page. I'm a physicist, with a broad interests in technical issues, mainly in the field of mechanics.

I work at Draka Comteq Telecom B.V., in the field of fiber optic cables. My Ph.D. work was in the field of mechanical reliability of those fibers. Other important work was the development of cable jetting and microduct cabling.
