In nowadays innocent people are killed by anther people for nothing. It is not good for a person to ending the life of other people as it indicated in 10 commandment of God. Just imagine someone kill a person today and he arrested but to your surprise an accused person is out of the custody. He even started to walk freely, drinking his alcohol does not even care for what he done so far, he did not even went thee to the family of the person he killed and apologies or even send his message of condolence while the family member are gathering together, crying for their beloved, Innocent family member taken from them by a useless person. let me talk about passion killings in nowadays, partner they start their pure and romantic relationships and things goes well at the begging but when a girl start or want to ending the relationship a boy will not even thing twice but only to take a arms and kill his partner and he thing he take everything but this is the beginning of everything. This issues is common in Namibia. That is why am strongly do not want or against of granting a bail to a person who kill another person for nothing.

A person who commit a crime especially murder a person must not granted a bail because he is capable of threaten witnesses. At the same time he can run away and become a fugitive, and he can commit a similar offense or commit a suicide.[2].
