Hot Table is an American fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in panini sandwiches. The chain has 10 locations in the Northeastern United States within the states of Massachusetts and Connecticut. It was founded in Springfield, Massachusetts, in 2007 by two brothers John and Chris DeVoie.
History
[edit]It was founded by two brothers John and Chris DeVoie and restauranteur Don Watroba in their hometown of Springfield, Massachusetts. Inspired by small eateries in Italy called Tavola Calda, literally “Hot Table” in English, their vision for Hot Table was simple, delicious pressed sandwiches, made to order, and served in a way that makes customers feel cared for and valued, by employees that feel cared for and valued.
The first Hot Table opened in 2007 in the Breckwood Shoppes in Springfield.
Hot Table President John DeVoie enthusiastically announced on March 4, 2021 the chain would be opening its 8th location at Shoppers World in Framingham
The Westfield location opened on October 20th 2022.[1] The Chicopee location opened on January 30th 2023, thus becoming the chains first stand alone location.[2]
