Yim Leat (Khmer: យឹម លាត; born 01 october 1986) Yim Leat was born on 01st October 1986 in Sangkat Srakchok, Khan Duan Penh, Phnom Penh. He is the fourth son of Mr.Yim Chhayly and Mrs.Ton Khon. His wife name, Nam Lyna and he has three children (two boys and one girl).

Education
[edit]He grew up and received his General Education in Phnom Penh, and later his parents sent him to study for his secondary school at "JEAN MOULIN" in France. He raised himself there, and he had learned how to adapt himself to a new place. After 2 years, He moved to live in the United States for his high school degree at "FAIRMONT ACADEMY High school," and he graduated in 2003. Upon graduation from FAIRMONT ACADEMY, he received his bachelor's degree and Master of in Finance from DEVRY University, US, in 2009.
Member of Parliament
[edit]After completing his studies abroad, he returned to the country, joining the Council for Agricultural and Rural Development, where he was Deputy Secretary-General. He had a dream of becoming a great politician. In 2018, he decided to join the political in Cambodia. He began his political career through nominated by CPP. Because of his affection, ability, effort, working hard are made, people believed in him and voted for him as a member of parliament. On 30 July 2018, He began his career as a member of parliament and representative for Kampong Thom Province center under Prakas No. 156, dated 05 September 2018, on deciding the validity of the mandate of the 6th National Assembly. He became a official member of the National Assembly on 02 September 2018, and he is the youngest parliament member in The National Assembly. He is currently a member of the National Assembly's Economic, Finance, Banking, and Audit Committee.
