I am a Master of Science in Information candidate at the University of Michigan School of Information. My areas of interest include how user research can be applied to library settings and providing great customer service experiences in public libraries. I am currently working as a user research intern at the U of M Library as well as working as an Information Services intern at Canton Public Library.
