Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) is a multi-disciplinary organization with the headquater located at HKPC Building on 79 Tat Chee Road Kowloon Tong. HKPC was established in 1967 according to the "Hong Kong Productivity Council Ordinanace" which aims at promoting and assisting Hong Kong business sectors through the inroduction of more efficient and updated business and technological methods.

Every year, HKPC and its subsidaries provide a diverse range of cosultancy and technological development services in manufacturing technology, information technology, environmental technology and management systems to more than 3000 companies from different industrial and commercial sectors.

HKPC established mainland cosulting subsidaries in Shenzhen, Dongguan and Guangzhou to serve Hong Kong owned SMEs in China.
