[edit]Yukta Sruti is a fashion designer based in Hyderabad, India.The designer does not have any formal training however, she is the first designer from India to launch an international label, and along with her creativity, the first to show at Paris Fashion Week. Yukta uses traditional Indian and modern methods, including texturing with various creations.
Her name was Ruth. As she got married a Hindu and started a boutique Yukta Sruti, later by her goodwill and reputation she became popular as Yukta Sruti.
Yukta refers to 'Ever Young' and Sruti (sruthi) means a good tone. As she was blessed with a beautiful tone, her husband named her as Yukta Sruti.
