Beklenen Şarkı (Awaited Song) is a 1953 Turkish drama film co-produced and directed by Cahide Sonku.
Production[edit]
It was shot by Sonku Film, owned by Cahide Sonku. It is Zeki Müren's first film.[1]. The period of films with songs, which were interrupted with Münir Nurettin Selçuk, started again with "Beklenen Şarkı". Also in the film, Zeki Müren voiced the song "Beklenen Şarkı", which gave the movie its title.
