'ZABORAV' is a Wikipedia user from Scotland. His interests are wide-ranging and eclectic; from mediaeval Church Architecture to the mind-altering effects of pharmaceuticals, botanicals and meditation techniques. The word itself is Serbian, and means 'oblivion' - in particular that achieved by the use of alprazolam, diamorphine, cimetidine, carisoprodol and white grapefruit juice concurrently! (This is his favoured method of relaxation and certainly can cause a form of 'zaborav' in the consumer which is extremely pleasant. It is not all together accurate though, as his dosages are carefully measured so as the 'oblivion' gained is not complete and akin to unconsciousness; more like a FORM of consciousness which is extremely mind-suppressing but still allowing clear enough thought to stimulate, though perhaps not in a way that most people would associate with the concept of 'stimulation'!) I guess you have to try it to understand. He (for his body is male) has gender issues (for his mind and instincts have told him from a very early age, younger than can even be remembered, that 'he' is in fact female.) that have essentially ruined his/her life due to lack of addressing these issues. Sexuality is something that is a bit of a problem as Zaborav is attracted to both genders but shows preference for females. In other words, Zaborav is a lesbian bisexual who has lived for over 55 years in the wrong, male, body (which s/he kinda detests because it is NOT the body that the person living inside it SHOULD have inhabited had s/he addressed the situation early in life, admitted that the body was wrong and undergone surgery to change from male to female.)
