Vakhit Abubakarovich Usmaev (b. November 20, 1964, village centaroy, Shalinsky district, chiassr) - the commander of the regiment number 2 patrol service of special purpose police named after Hero of the Russian Federation Akhmat-Haji Kadyrov at the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic, Colonel. Biography[edit]
Was born November 20, 1964 in the village of Tsentaroy in the Shali district of Chechen-Ingush ASSR.
In 1982-1984 he served in the Armed forces of the USSR.
In 1993 he graduated from the faculty of history of the Chechen-Ingush state University.
Since December 2001 he served as a policeman of a separate company at the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Chechen Republic to ensure the personal safety of senior officials and the protection of objects of state power of the Chechen Republic. From October 2003 to June 2004 he was the commander of the militia battalion of the Department of private security at Gudermes GOVD.
In September 2004, V. A. Usmaev was appointed commander of regiment No. 2 of the patrol and guard service of the special purpose police named after Hero of the Russian Federation Akhmat-Haji Kadyrov. During the period from 2004 to 2009, the regiment carried out more than 380 special operations, 784 members of illegal armed groups were detained and 198 members of bandit groups were killed, of which 20 were "emirs" of the bandit underground and 23 were active members of bandit groups. Also the staff of a regiment detained 1355 persons who are wanted.
In 2009, Vakhit abubakarovich graduated from the Academy of management of the Russian interior Ministry.
