Many thanks for your noble effort. I spoke with the admin who blocked me and I explained to him that my new cable companyw hich also serves my ISP provider has a firewall program that caused great confusion with regards to my editing of the article of the Puerto Rican Day Parade. I did not know other viewers were able to see that my reference was a "white power" source. I reverted the edits believing that a user by the name of B was insisting that I was using white power which would be extremely ridiculous seeing that I am Puerto Rican. I have copies of the e-mail Nishkid sent me and the fact that his block is biased and unfair. If you look at my discussion on the talk pages for the Dominican Day Parade, you can see that I tried in vain to engage in intelligent and civilk dialogue with UnclePaco, only to see him continue his rogue editing. I requested third opinions even before I was blocked and if you look at my edit histories for these two articles, UnclePaco's English grammar was so poor that I had to make the necessary edits because it was unbearable to read. It is evident that his first language is not English. As I told the admin who blocked me would it be insulting for me to tell COndoleeze Rice that she was black? No. I think that UnclePaco's weak attempt to paint me as a racist is weak and that the one week block is highly unfair. The admin never took any action against UnclePaco. I can give you many, many examples of many past dalogues with admins when trying to deal with vandals and rogue editors. I even can get a few admins to support me. I feel that my reputation was unfairly tarnished and feel taht I shouldn't be blocked if I did not receive an initial warning. When someone is about to get evicted they get a note on their door with an eviction notice. Why wasn't a warning posted on my talk page?
