Question from Markpeters98745 (08:45, 25 October 2024)

[edit]

Hello, I'm Mark Peters II. My first question is how do you do a correct citation for a source of information I used? What's the correct format for citing your sources of information? --Markpeters98745 (talk) 08:45, 25 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi welcome to Wikipedia. You can check these pages Citation Quick reference and Referencing for beginners. User:Em-mustapha talk 09:04, 4 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. There is an article about my grandfather who was a pilot in WW1. I want to add a couple of photos to the article. Wikipedia policy says you should not edit a family article so how to proceed? Thanks --Greenedit1234 (talk) 17:30, 1 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Question from Joben123 (19:18, 11 November 2024)

[edit]

Hello. Last month I submitted some proposed edits through the talk page of MGM Resorts' CEO's page (I work at MGM Resorts). I believe this to be the correct way to request non-controversial changes to a page related to the company I work for. However, none of my changes were adopted and it doesn't seem like anyone has seen/responded to the request. Does it typically take more than a month for a request like this to be responded to? Just wondering if I did something wrong or need to submit in a different way. Thanks. --Joben123 (talk) 19:18, 11 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
